Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Mini. If something isn't right, contact us at support@velouria.store and we'll help.

30-day returns
You can return your Mini within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept items that have been used. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

90-day replacement promise
If your Mini stops working within 90 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a short description or photo, and we'll send you a free replacement. You don't need to send the item back.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
